Random numbers in Java

This is an interesting expirment with pseudo-random numbers and javascript. Although, I am not a math geek myself. I suggest the randomness in javascript is highly related to the seed that is used and the use of modulus. Some seeds will produce better psuedo randomness then other seeds. One think I am curious about, are these findings limited to just the last number returned? and is the length/precision of the number returned always the same? It would seem that different length doubles would not be required to follow a random distribution
